ICE TIMES: 9am-12pm

Due to current Rink Policies there will be NO OFF ICE TRAINING, but we will offer 3 HOURS OF ON ICE DAILY.

These camps will be run like a NHL Pre Training Camp. It will be all about getting back to the ice after an "offseason." Individual skating and puck skills will be taught to help our players regain form and timing.

Puck Skills:

Stickhandling and dekes will be taught, along with GOAL SCORING tactics.

Hockey Skating: Skating instruction is the foundation of all Townshend Hockey programs.

Our focus will be on teaching proper HOCKEY SKATING technique (not Power Skating). We prepare our players to be proficient skaters within the game of hockey, where it is important to not only have strong edges but be able to skate with your head up and handle the puck at high speeds. Details surprisingly not taught by most "Power Skating Coaches."
